We Started The Allis M and it run real rough The magneto has plenty of spark It has a worn throttle sharft so i brazed the worn spots on the sharft a the tuned it down in lathe i Hope this helps will try agane tomorrow. Any other ideas what it coud be wellcome Smile Cheers John

THANKS i think i have found the problem 
The Allis chalmers M has what we call a hot box for petrol kero. I have found the hot box is exhusting in to the intake tube i will repaire and may blank of hot box move exhust to frount outlet of manafold and run on petrol only we can not buy kero any more Smile cheers john

Hi i think i found the problem this time the hot tube had a lot of holes nowonder the othere guy coud'nt get it to rum right. We replaced the hot tube and when i go to town and get some studs i broke i will put it back together finger crossed she will go Smile
The Allis M is about  1936  No 3001

Hi we got the manafold sorted runs nice but wont idle.
 
Someone has been playing with the govener and got it all wrong we reajusted it and the old Allis M runs the way it should
