The AC 620 we just bought also had a bad gas tank that had some stuff flaking off and plugging the fuel line.  Does anyone have an extra one that is in decent shape?

just take it off and put a couple hand fulls of gravel (clean and dry) put in the tank and shake the holy ... out of it and it will shine it up

Just get your told tank cleaned out!  You can also get the inside lined to prevent any future rust/flaking.
