Does anybody out there have a good used front hub for a 200 they'd be willing to part with?? Or know if our existing one can be drilled and tapped? 4 or the six lug bolt holes are stripped out.

If you don't care what it looks like, use a drive in stud from the backside like a car and a nut on the outside.

Do you mean to get the same sized press-in type stud like on my pick up and press them into hub? If so that sounnds like a good idea cause I'm not really concerned how correct it looks right now just more concerned that I can use it

I've drilled and tapped 1/2" to 9/16" easily with my cordless drill. I had the 9/16" lug bolts just laying around....IMHO, AC should have used larger lugbolts in their front wheels, I have seen lots of failures.

Use a longer lug bolt and put a nut on the back side of the hub.  Our 7000 has been like that for a few years without any issues.  It was a temporary repair, but you know how that goes sometimes.  I'm embarrassed to say that we even have a new hub sitting on the shelf.  Maybe this winter.
