allis 200 3 point creeps down

Bought a 3 point diskbine and it wont hold in one spot it creeps down, is ther a valve that i can check or is it in the pump.   thanks for any help.

Creeping down, or settling won't be in the pump, but will be in the valve stack or a bad seal, leaky hose in or on the lift rams.  Do you have any leaks around the lift cylinders?  It is almost certainly in the valve stack.  How fast does it settle?  If you lift it as high as it goes, how long till it hits the ground.  Settling is normal in most of these tractors, but I am guessing you are seeing this in minutes instead of days.

ACs are bad at not holding up at 3ph. I have never had one too hold up completely.

No leaks, about every 5 to 10 minutes i have to raise it back up.

I would call that very normal for that hydraulic system and there are some that are way worse. You have a couple of options....#1.keep doing what yoiu're doing...#2. Use the position control lever on the back of the console to limit how far down it can settle. #3. Use a chain on the right hand lift arm up to an unused hole in the top link bracket to keep the settling to zero because when adjusted correctly the chain carries the weight. I'd use the chain method myself to not be using the hydraulic systems position control which will generate heat over time from the small hydraulic pump constantly trying to raise it back up.
