Well, I experienced the wonderful public relations of
Mother AGCO today. I wanted to include a lot of
AGCO information, emblems, tractors and machinery in
my proposed book.
"Management" denies your request" with no further
explanation. Bah!
Why am I not surprised?

At least they didn't tell you that it sounds great, that they appreciate the effort and gave you permission only to drop it 2-3 months later after you've started working on it.  That seems to be their MO.
