They were Italian built by SLH,air cooled engines,similar to the Deutz. A little crude by today's standard. Agco imported a whole line of different series of tractors from that company. I don't think that they ever owned it? Overall production numbers that were imported weren't very high and pretty much every one of them had some sort of recall to improve them. Some tractors were campaigned at the dealerships, while others were picked up and sent to a central location for more intensive repairs. It wasn't one of Agcos better plans, but maybe at the time, it was about all they could do. Parts availability is probably a little sketchy,and I would expect the purchase price of the tractor to reflect that.
