Looked at a D15 II that didn't have rear couplings, how hard would it be to add a set.

You looking for single acting or double acting hydraulics on the rear? The D15 came with single acting hydraulics and CT told you how to get a single acting rear remote (altho you will probably have to wait until the rear lify arms raise before you get pressure in the rear remote. Plumbing, fittings, and valves are needed if you are looking for two rear remotes.
