I am trying to identify the engine in my 1982 Allis Chalmer Forklift ACP150 DS 2PS and/or find a repair manual for the engine describing the removal of the injection pump.  Searching the internet, I came across this forum and believe it may be a Waukesha D463T based on some other posts.  

I understand how to remove the injection pump but need some help on how to time the engine before removal.  I did one on a back hoe with a similar pump and there was a place to pin the flywheel to lock the engine place for removal but I don't see anything like that on here.  Anyone with experience or can point me in the direction of a manual would be greatly appreciated.

I removed the injection pump and found the engine ID tag.  It is actually a Waukesha VRD220SA.  I have not been able to find any information on the internet about this engine.  Anyone have a manual for a VRD 220?  Or know where I should look to find one?  Also I'm going to need an injection pump as well, anyone got a lead where I can find a Roosa Master DB2-3778.  I have it at a shop now and he is looking into getting parts for it.

you might try www.liberatedmanuals.com .....

it'll take awhile , helps to search 'allis forklift' to reduce to VOLUME of manuals to a few 100 or so......

Thanks, I have been searching this site for a few days with no luck.  I'll keep trying.
