New to the forum, first time post.

I have an older 14' wide disc (not sure which model it is, no tag or marking) and I lost 1 gang.  bearing holder and shaft broke.  I like my older AC stuff but I'm having a hard time finding parts for this.  Is it worth it to try and salvage or would I be better parting it out and find a different disc (tough to answer that)?  The shaft is a 1" hex.  It's too bad, it sure worked good when it was working.  I saw the pinned thread on the bearing rebuild, does that work for the Hex shaft as well?  Thanks

The round and hex balpak bearings are the same. The bearing has an inner sleeve that pressing out. It can be either a round or hex sleeve.

If the rest of the unit is solid, frame, axle mounts, hitch and not all cobbled up with old welds, you can look at replacement gang assemblies.
Numerous supply companies can supply the entire gang with hanger brackets that can be welded directly to your frames.
Pick common carriers that are easy to reach for lubing, blade type, size/thickness and hangers, just watch you do not oversize what it originally had as too aggressive will not last as some of those older discs had pretty light frames.

Thanks for the responses.  I am looking into our options.  I am guessing the other bearing and shafts are going to be in the same condition but it was raining so I didn't have a lot of time to look at it.  Overall the frame and everything seems to be in pretty good shape.   Any help on the model #?

Is it a 2200 disk? Dad has a 2200 in the weeds that I intend to restore some day but they are prone to breaking the hex spindle axle.
