I struggled to track this down but my 7010 PS leaks at high rpm from a diff lock line, the leak is at part numbers:

70930282 - Tee - 7/8 NF x 3/4 NF
where it connects to steel line:
70268129 it has what looks like a sleeve under the nut.

Which appears to be a 3/8" line due to the 70921326 - 3/8" tube adapter on the other end.

These are on the right side if you are at the rear looking forward, theres a little valve block thing they thread into.  It took an hours of messing with and bending various wrenches but I got the flare nut on the tube tightened a half turn.  Now instead of a drip its a spray so I assume I've split the flare.

Is there any reason I can't replace this steel line with a rubber hose?  I'm assuming NF is just old time talk for a UNF 37 degree flare fitting.

JIC flare connection on a hose will be just fine as long as the hose diameter doesn't get too fat and in the way of lines next to it.  Pressures are less than 1,000 psi.

Most of the time with flared fittings the line cracks right behind the flare caused by stress or vibration. If it is a flare fitting , There should be enough length to cut close and reflair. If it is the rubber bushing type ,cut and get new rubber sleeves.
Allis Chalmers still exist in my mind and barns

I'm not super familiar with the working with steel tubing larger than automotive size.  Do you replace the JIC collar/sleeve between the nut and flare after cutting off the old?

All my flare tools this size are rigid 45 degree gear for working with soft copper refrigeration/gas lines.  Will take it in to the local shop.
