Sounds like a timing thing to me something must have jumped or broke. The first place I would start is under the valve cover , then off to the pump drive.

just to update you i brought the tractor
in the shop and took the hood off and
check for fuel at the injector it was
spitting fuel out so then i took the valve
cover off and the valve were all moving
and they would have a little movement
when they were close so i took out the glow
plug and i could here and feel  compression
on # 1 cylinder but not on #2 and #3 so
i put air in the glow plug hole and on 1
on tdc it would roll the engine but when
i did it to 2 & 3  i could here and feel the
air come  out of the other one so i think i
have a bad head gasket ( best case sanarrow )
(spelling )   will be taking the head off tomorrow
to see how bad it can get
but it make sense to me it was trying
too run on one cylinder
tanks for all the help so far will let you
know what i find

Head gasket was my first thought reading this. Sounds like that is your issue. The thing that gave it away was you said it was black smoking but cranking faster. Good luck.

If you could contact Affolders equipment in Berne, Indiana they can get one. Don't know the price would be any better but might be worth the hassle. They are a long time AC and now Agco dealer.

Try doing an internet serarch for them. You would be surprised what you can find. I have gotten some great deals on parts. Its worth a shot. You might even find someone who specializes in these parts.

It will be a long shot trying Affolders as they just had a fire destroy theri shop. Insurance made them throw away all parts. they are a little stressed at the moment. You could try dont know if it would be worth it.
