Hello,
I am interested in purchasing another tractor for my hay operation and would appreciate some advice: I had originally had been looking for a good used 200 to go along with the 185 that I already have but have been told by someone that is supposedly in the know that I should stay away from that model as they were nothing but trouble. After getting an ear full for about twenty minutes , I asked the man what he thought of the 185's and he stated that it was a completly different animal than the 200 and not be be fooled by the good fortunes that the 185 has blessed me with. My thinking was that with the 200 having basically the same motor as the 185, I would not be sorry. Also, I liked the fact that they have the 38" rears on them as I have learned that bigger tires = a smoother ride. Does anyone that has one of these that is not trying to sell it have an opinion? Any advice on this model would be greatly appreciated as I cannot afford to miss on this next tractor.
