Hi,
, I am currently having issues with a AC 12G (I think) dozer. S/N 12 G-394. Machine starts and runs, all hydraulic functions work (blade and ripper) yet has issues driving. Machine hardly moves when in gear and any load put on by the blade or slight incline the machine will stop moving. Drive shaft from rear of engine to transmission turns in neutral and then stops when machine stops. Transmission oil is full.s Machine has a power shift transmission with 2 foot brakes and one pedal on the right with a “M” on it. Any thoughts on what the issue could be? |

Also check your brake adjustments and linkage, brakes applied will divert oil to the steering clutches, does that driveshaft turn when brakes released and try to move? Bucket Function and trans are two separate systems.

Yes, drive shaft turns when brakes released. Could you please tell me the location of the pump? Also what is the function of the pedal with “M” on it. Thank you.

M pedal is Main, or the Single ALL brake control. It is how you stop the machine instead of trying to turn with pedal steer. It Must return to full up or will have brakes applied, should also be a parking lock on it.
