looking for  some advice on tran. in 840 wheel loader. it takes on hour sometimes 2 hours to get warm enough to move. after it warms up its works great .changes fluids,filters,cleaned out the broken parts from the broken filter housing.                                                         thanks terry

Do you know if your transmission has the tubular metal screen in the bottom of the steel housing? Usually accessed by a plug facing the back and or the front at the bottom of the steel case housing. If this screen is plugged it won't pick up pressure for the clutches. There can be lots of debris at the bottom that needs flushing out in addition to cleaning the screen.
Currently- WD,WC,3WF's,2 D14's B. Previously- I 600,TL745,200,FL9,FR12,H3,816 LBH. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal!
