appears that the 8070 has the same rear end as the 7080...is this true? if so, how many parts from a 1980 708 will interchange ona 8070?

If the 8070 is an earlier 2WD ( 1982-1984?) all parts should be the same as a 1980 7080.....what are you attempting to do?? ....this would be the rearend with the 4 inch wide final drives.
