8070 torque limiter questions.

   currently replacing the torque limiter in my 8070. the one I bought is a 4 pad disc and the one I removed from the tractor is a 6. is one better than the other?
next question. the nut behind the 4 bolt plate. the locking tabs on the washer are in tact and the nut is tight. would you do anything more to ensure the nut doesn't come loose? 
last question. will oil cause the torque limiter to slip? the old disc wasn't worn much at all but it was slipping when climbing steep hills in road gear and when farming. I replaced the input shaft seal and I am installing a TL shield as someone had removed it prior to me owning the tractor.

	OEM is 4.Six has more area but less clamping force per pad. Any oil leak will get sucked up and distributed through the TL even with the shield. The turbulence inside the housing is more than you would believe. If you feel lucky,don't replace rear main seal while you're there. I got to " do it again" because mine wasn't leaking when I split it first time.

	Personally, I always make a center punch type "stake" at the keyway groove, so that nut can never work loose. If someone ever has to remove the nut, use a sharp chisel and split the nut to get it off. Four-pads was standard and if the six pads has more square inches of surface area (which I'm pretty sure it does) it will slip easier than four pads.
