How common is the Pto seal to start leaking on an 8050 ? Found some small pieces of hay wrapped behind the 540 flange after the hired man (Dad) was running discbine. Got new seals at the shop ready to go should I be worried about the bearing and have one on standby before disassembly also ? Thx for any info/experience

Started the disassembly. How do you get the inner bearing off the end of the pto shaft right behind the big nut to get the shaft out ? Kinda puzzled ?
Didn't want to get to ruff with it just yet ? Thx Mark
