8030 seems to be louder in the cab than it used to be.  Where is the first place to check?  Seals insulation or??

The first place to check is under the cab on the battery side. There cannot be any hydraulic hoses touching the diff lock pedal mechanism. All hoses must be zip tied away from that area. Also just behind that area, there is sometimes a hydraulic hose from the hydraulic valve stack that touches the cab and it needs to be repositioned. After that, look at cab rubber mounts for wear/flattening out.

I would bet it is a PS. The two big hoses to PS filter can make alot of noise if they touch bottom of cab.  MACK

Sounds more like engine noise but I will check the hoses.  It is PS.
