I am looking for either a good used lower track roller or if anyone knows what the aftermarket part numbers are for the bearings, I might try to rebuild it. I only have one that is loose and needs to be rebuilt. Also curious if anyone knows of a good source for the seal kit.
Thanks! |

Seal kits are specific for Allis, no one else used them. Berco and the other undercarriage companies supplied rollers with the same style seals but I believe no longer in production by them.

Can anyone tell me what other Allis equipment would have used the same rollers? Might make it easier for me while looking for used parts. Thanks!

If these are face seals I've been able to get them here in Oz for the carrier rollers of an FA 10 using the Fiat part numbers. So maybe able to find something that way? Seems our access to Fiat dozer parts is better than yours though - for reasons I don't understand.

Morning, or Evening Ian. These should be same as my 7G or 11B series rollers, use the bladder type steel ring seals. Looked in my Timken Cross reference, No interchange for Allis numbers.
I will be removing the old rollers from my donor tractor this next week, most are trashed as flanges are almost gone, can pull one down to see what numbers are in it but will be a few days. |

So I think I have located a decent used roller, but in the process of
searching I discovered that my loader appears to have some rollers that
are the original style with two blocks that sandwich the shaft on each
end, and I have some that appear to have a solid steel block that slides
over the end of the shaft. The ones with the solid steel blocks have a
slightly larger diameter shaft than the original rollers. I may need
to locate the mounting blocks for the original style as the roller I am
replacing is the larger type and the supplier of the used roller isn't
sure if they have the blocks.

Blocks from HD11 rollers would work too. There were several variations of the rollers for these tractors, including bushing style rollers instead of bearings, starting in the late 70s.
