Ugh! Common problem wit' them. Starter cable contamination. Clean the cable up real good and put a dab of Dielectric grease on the connection. That will help. Lousy Starter location. Under the engine...... not good! Steve@B&B

Big D, I don't fly in planes anymore. The last time I flew in a plane they put me in the overhead compartment. It wouldn't have been to cramped if people didn't bring so much crap on board wit' em' !! Originally, I wanted a window seat, but they didn't have anything for me to sit on high enough so I could see out the winda'. That ain't right..... Steve@B&B

I had to pull mine twice within a few months. So I ordered a new starter for $86 and it’s worked great for 10 years so far. It is a terrible location for a starter. If I ever pull it again, electronic ignition is going in as well.
