Seems I've had that problem on a 7045 when the tractor was parked on an incline. I know I've had it happen on a quad range deere.
I've just shifted to a gear that backs it uphill, and pop it out of park as you let the clutch out. |

I believe Park is in the range transmission, so you cannot make it move. Might have to hook onto it with another tractor to take the load off. I had to take out the floor pan to access the shift lever once on my 7010

Being parked on a slope can make you think its stuck....otherwise that shifter is toward rear of trans on front of rear hsg.Take floor pan out on my 8000 to access it.Guess your is similar?
If really is stuck, there's something wrong inside.MACK or Doc would know.

What exactly do you mean???????? Is the lever itself stuck in the ":park" position??? or is the lever free to move and the tractor is still in park?? If the lever moves and still in park, I'd guess a cable or cable end issue. A much clearer explanation would be nice.
