New to me piece of equipment needs different hydraulic coupler (tips) can someone give me a parts numer or reference #, the male end that fits into tractor outlets to replace the balers current JD tips?? TIA

The original were not pioneer but drawing a blank on the brand. I think bruning. Pioneer will work as long as the implement doesn't spike back pressure. like a disk flopping over against the cyl. That will cause the pioneer tip to seat the check ball. Cycle lever in opposite direction to release and continue. pioneer will work just that case may give a little trouble

Thanks, reason I was asking bought 4 at TSC that appear the be identical but I have absolutely zero hydraulic function to baler regardless of which set outlets etc
Very frustrating I'll push on. |

When you raise or lower with each remote hydraulic lever you should be able to hear the hydraulic pump groaning ....

Bruning were on the 7000 series.
They are 10 times better than the Pioneer that most or all brands use now... |

7000-series couplers were capable of coupling with balls or points. I don't remember the brand, but the two tip types was unique to me.

Have a couple things here that have both balls and points on same unit. All work with 220 and 3 8000's

As Ron said, they were Bruning couplers on the 7000 series. Pretty trouble free in my estimation. They would accept the Bruning male ends or the pioneer ends.
