7030 hyd problem

My 7030  remote valves does not have any power. They will move small cyls. with little weight  but will not move ones with weight. Every other function  on tractor  works including 3pt. any ideas would be helpful. thank you.

Both flow controls have vibrated themselves to the slow (turtle) position.

Could be piolet check in 3pt valve. Remove allen plug ontop of 3pt valve close to where line comes out to lift cylinder. Remove spring and poppit, use straw on pennitrating oil can and spray into hole to clean seat. Replace parts and try again.  MACK
