Comes on after tractor warms up.
Changed filter. Still lights up.
Topped off transmission oil.Still lights.
Disconnected lead from filter housing.Still lit up!
Grounded disconnected lead after lighting up. Stayed lit.

So,am I dealing with stray voltage?

Also, now the hydraulic filer light is coming on.

Follow the 2 wires from the Power Shift filter and the right hand hydraulic filter behind the small fuel tank. I'll bet they are zip tied to a steel line and the insulation is melted thru grounding the wires.

The lights have 12v to them and the senders on the housings provide the ground when theres a problem, so the light will light up if a wire is bare and touching metal.

The individual wires go into a harness that travels along the right side of the tractor. I have seen the harness rub through at times and cause these sort of problems. This chassis harness connects to the cab harness behind the engine.
