What gear are you trying to pull in ???     What gear do you think you want to pull in ???  You have a terrible change in gear ratios from 3rd to 4th gear on the transmission.....like from 7.5 mph (3rd)  to 15 mph(4th) in direct range. The Oliver designed and built "over/under/direct" unit is self-contained and pretty darn durable. The Oliver also has 6 transmission selections to choose from and you have four.

I don't know if one could ever modify that A-C clutch to do that. So, it holds OK now in 4th LOW ??...I thought you eliminated it completely and only had LOW range.
