Dad sold a bunch of them new back in the day and very few ever came back for work.
Good thing we didn't depend on the repair work from them to make a living.
You may have difficulty finding parts if you need them now.
The universal answer to all questions is yes, how much do you want to spend?

Darryl if you can get it cheap buy it. They are an awesome little tractor. You wont regret it. It would be a great tractor for your kids to learn on. They are great for a five foot rototiller.

a 5020 with ps is rare and probably not oem.  They were super tough reliable units.  Please be aware - it was a Toyoshia built unit to AC specs - same tractor as MF 205-210's etc before Iseki started buildidng them for MF - and they went 'bankrupt' or whatever one goes in Japan.  Very few parts are available sad to say. 5015-5020-5030 - Simplicity equivilents -5215  = 5220,5230(these were available with ps field installed)  6140's.
MF205-210 up to 1040 1045's were Toyoshia.
