What would a AC 500 Loader be worth, looks like the frame is in good shape, bucket has a few welds. Will it stand up to use on a 185.

It is very easy to build a bucket for one too. I built a 6' bucket for mine over 15 years ago and used and abused it a bunch and have never broke it or a weld.

Dad has a 500 loader on his 185. No issues. If I recall, I remember we sold a 500 series loader for around $1200 a few years back. It wasn't perfect but the new owners were very pleased.

I have a 500 loader on my '68 180; I bought the whole unit at an auction about 8 years ago. Works well for me and seems like a good loader. As to value.... Not sure. To me, when I bought it auction, the loader was worth an extra $1,500 or so maybe? It was a really clean unit with less than 3,000 hrs.

I've got one on my 200, moves just about anything I want to move. Paid $1000 for it, had to weld up a couple of spots but no issues!
