Morning. In the process of getting some front tires for #1001 D 21. Going to do little things here and there for the slow over the next 3 years restore of the thing(Other projects before it). Looking in Norm Swinfords book, the early photos of the D 21 had a 5 rail front tire of 11.00x16. I have bought from Speciality Tire in Firth Nebraska in past and see that they have a 5 rail titan tire. I want this think to look as stock as it did when rolled off line and be correct with the "Allis Police" Or I could put a 4 rail front on and look close. In the rear, I will get a 45 degree tire in a 24.5x32 rear. Will be most likely a different name brand than front. Want you advice on this and point in right direction.
Thanks in advanced Darryl |

most of the 5 rib front tires have a very shallow tread depth. 4 ribs are usually very deep.
