$450 CA tractor, nfe, Front Royal, VA

   CA tractor owner was fixing up before passing away.  Engine is not locked up. Unknown running condition.  Looks to be complete - hood and air cleaner are off tractor and incl and freshly painted.   Includes 2-3 extra worn rear tires.  Rear tires are not filled, but right rim is rusty from ground contact.
