My 3pt hitch on d19 will not hold in position. It goes up and down fine but when you try to hold it in position it slowly creeps up to top and holds there

This tractor has 4 position control for 3 pt hitch. Up, down, hold position and traction boost. In hold position or traction boost position it slowly creeps up to top of 3 pt hitch position with nothing connected to 3 pt hitch

We had the same problem. There was a messed up ball and spring in the valve block that the levers are on.
