Just curious how hard it is to separate the fenders from the seat platform on a '36 U. There's a lot of stuff going on with how they connect and my fenders are rotted at the bottom. Needing to get them off to replace, or fix.

Not bad if I remember right. Maybe 3 1/4" bolts at the front and rear and several 3/8" along the bottom.
