Hi AC Friends. I need your guidance on a 303. I went this morning and looked at a 303 that was siting in the woods , and it was not to rusted and the paint is fair on it. It look to be all there except one wheel. I took my hand and rock the big wheel and the more i rock the better it turn. All the sprockets looks good thats on the out side. I am going to buy it even if i can not put it to work. How do you rate this baler, and under this condition i would like to here your comments and suggestions , and what you would pay for this. I no it is worth what ever ones would pay for it, but guys that have the knowledge on this will really help me to make up my mind on a price. Please share your thoughts .
Thanks Wood.

I would say that it's worth scrap price if it's been sitting outside in a woods for some time.
I don't know about a 303 baler but a good working john deere 14T or new holland 68 will bring around 800 bucks just to give you an idea. hope this helps! |

try to get it as cheap as possible but around here it would still bring somewhere in the $800.00-$1000.00 range usually. but start at 100.00 and work your way up.

I have a 303 baler. I like it. Not the fastest out there but gets the job done. A baler in the woods could be there for a reason. Balers can be exspensive to work on.Start cheap and work from there.BTW There are two differant size tires on baler from factory. Tracy Martin

What are your plans for the baler? Collection or to put to use?
