Maybe a Toyosha engine.

A 3 cyl. Perkins Diesel was used in the Allis 160, assembled by Renault in France.

guessing it's the 6140 engine. That is no perkins 152 from a 160.

I doubt they would put anything bigger than about 20 HP, on a 15KW generator...
I'll second the idea that its a toyosha...
