I noticed a high compression flat top kit is offered for the d17/170 but I don't see a high compression kit for the 45. What's the difference? 17 crank has larger main journals correct? Anything else?

In the WD/WD45 parts book, the 5.5 compression ratio WD flat top piston carries the same number as the WD45 7.2 for LP.
