Was pulling hopper wagons down the road with my 210 when all the sudden it shut off like someone turned the key.  Of course on a busy highway.  It has a 670I with RM pump from a combine.  It cranks over fine, but has no white smoke from the exhaust.  1st I verified it had fuel to the pump, next I pulled the top off of the pump to make sure the electric shut off still moved, it does.  Pump was full of fuel as well.  Tried it with return disconnected and made no difference.  I removed one line from an injector and got a small amount of fuel out, but I didn't crank very long either.  When looking through the side of the pump, the little cover with 2 screws there are 2 plates, discs, (not sure what to call them) inside, should both of these turn?  If I find the pump is turning then what?  Broken cam?

Thanks for any ideas.

With the timing window removed from the inj pump, the rear disc should have a horizontal scribe line (timing mark) on it located in the upper 1/3 of the window......if it isn't there (you need good eyes to see it) you have sheared off the advance pin allowing this disc to turn, which it should not. The front disc should turn when engine is turning.

If you don't see a faint horizontal scribe line in the upper 1/3 of the window, the advance pin has sheared off. I could usually fix those in chassis, but not interested in a road trip to Ohio. Rotate the engine so the front disc horizontal scribe mark is in the upper 1/3 of the window and yank the pump for rebuilding/exchange. This mark should appear at about 16 to 24 degrees BTDC on the crank pulley.

I can see what may be a very faint line on the rear disk, i will try to post a pic.  Much less visible than the front one.  I removed one injector line again and had a helper crank engine, it does squirt some fuel every time.  Would it have anything to do with this?  http://www.allischalmers.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=51481&KW=&title=210-runs-rough-when-cold
