I have replaced pump from salvage yard about 1 1/2 yr ago have to have rpm at about 2000 in order to raise implement. I am only able to adj relief psi to 1100 at remote. I removed relief valve to check it {thought it might be stuck or something}. Should there be a ball in front of it? see pic I can't see my diagram in book good enough to tell. Could this be another bad pump ? PS I changed oil and cleaned screen has new suction hoses and

No there is no ball in front of it. Are you adjusting the right relief valve? There is 2 on it. One for traction booster and one for 3 pt and remotes. Easest thing to do is switch places with them. MACK
