Hello Folks,

dad has finally aquired his first GHE L2, and it is a sweetheart. new front rubber and the whole bit. got it for under $5K and that is with a 24 foot rigid hydro-drive header. Unfortunately the steering wheel decal is gone (the special cap with the steel plate rather than the clear window is still there) but the brass plaque is gone as well. still has the bin decal and the serial number tag with the number on it, so we are happy.

It is 670T, hydrostat, corn/soybean special, 23.1x34 and 14Lx16.1 rubber, single fuel tank, belt drive return and beater. It is sooty, as someone lost the pipe plug for a pyrometer and never replaced it! :)

Dad, as well as I, was wondering, how many Golden Harvest Editions are there? was there a big total number, or so many for each model? We have the brochure, but it is in Idaho, and I never recalled a number amount listed in it.

any input appreciated, thanks!

No sir, small farm sale in Northwest Kansas. I fibbed, it is a corn plus, not corn soybean special. I think Corn plus gave you most everything the Corn Soybean special package did though.

if one wants one and is on a budget, IDK how far gone/junked it is, but Mikes Equipment Buhler KS had one freshly in a few years back when I was there. by now it would be a huge undertaking, but due to the excellent, easy to work on design of a Gleaner, it wouldnt be impossible to re-assemble one.
