1980 ACP 60H 2PS forklift carb help

   Hi Folks,
I have an 1980 AC forklift model ACP 60H 2PS that needs its carburetor rebuilt. It is a single barrel carb but I cannot find a shop in my area of western Idaho/eastern Oregon that can rebuild the carburetor. All the shops but one said it is too old and they dont know how to work on that old of a carb. 

The one shop that thought they could do it ended up not being able to find a rebuild kit for it. It is a Zenith carb mounted on top of a HOOF Governor but there are no numbers on the carb. Model of the governor is S20M-154 for what that is worth. 

I am not a mechanic and am really just looking for a shop somewhere in this great US of A that I can ship this carburetor to. Does anyone know of a place I could contact that knows this older AC equipment and may be able to get this carburetor rebuild done?
