    Posted: 05 Jan 2022 at 6:57pm
I have a nice motor out of a 1971 190XT with a freshly rebuilt ($900) injection pump. The motor is out of a 200 and has about 2,000 hrs on a major rebuild ($6500 15 years ago). All I ever used it for was to plant with a 6 row planter, haul loads up to the auger and bushhog with a 6' mower.
It is in two pieces after the torque tube broke trying to get it out of a deep mud hole. I was going to transplant the motor but I have decided to part out the tractor.
I also have two very nice fenders, a nice straight grill plus a good trans that did not jump out of gear. The tires are 18.4x34 and are 80% rear end is also good.
If you want to buy the entire tractor shoot me a price.
From what I am told the motor is worth $2500 and the grill can go for as high as $800 or more. The fenders are probably worth $750 for the pair. I am not sure what the trans and rear end are worth but the tires and rims are probably are around $750 given the price of rubber.
I can send pics once the weather clears.

Loader didn't have braces to rear axel. Every one without braces to rear axel, you may be next.                         MACK

The three I've done didn't have any engine issues afterwards, but not sure they were bowed down as much as this one looks in the first picture. Probably need a new clutch disc regardless as the center hub may be hurt.

I have my doubts that the crank is hurt as the bowing occured after it came apart. We were pulling it straight back when it broke, I will post more pics of the back half once it warms up here.

So with everything said. Sounds like someone was telling you prices on the highest of sides for what you listed (fenders, grill, engine) but the crank could be hurt. What would you take for the whole tractor ?

Just out of curiosity, HOW can a tractor fold in the middle ?? This is why there are specified machines for loader work IMO Embarrassed. What a waste of iron Cry

After a number of calls from people I am thinking $3,000 for the entire tractor. The grill is excellent, fenders are excellent, trans is not a jumper, tires/rims are good. It is a 71 so it has the heavy axles. Plus the injection pump has less than 50 hours on it since I had it rebuilt (about $900).
It has had a coolant conditioner on it since it was rebuilt ~2000 hrs ago (estimate) and light usage since the rebuild. I have my doubts that there is a crank issue given how it broke apart. Dr Allis has not had that issue with similar tractors.

pm or call if interested
