hello to all

helping out a neighbor that has a 1961 Allis Chalmers DD3365 grader

the 2 speed gear box lost a gear, looking for a replacement, its the gear that has the fork selector that allows you to shift to low or high, the low side is damaged,

talked to meridian equipment in Bellingham, WA, they referred me to Wellerts in West Salem, Ohio. Talked to a guy there, says he needs a part number.

Looking for a part number, this is what the machine looks like and this is what the gear looks like. Trying to find a parts manual or at least the page I need to get a part number for this gear.

16 tooth external 3” diameter

13 spline internal 1-3/4” diameter

Has a slot for the shift fork

I understand that repair is a possibility, just a lot of time in labor to do it, and that will be my last resort.

The transaxle was made by Clark so the drop down box was probably made by Clark as well.

Not that this will likely help your parts search much!

IIRC the trans axle was also used in a small Galion grader - might have been model 503.  No idea of how much else of the gear train.
