Need help with a model c oil pressure issue please! When I bought the tractor several months ago it didn't have oil pressure showing on the gauge. I bought a used oil pump from a company that guarantees parts and I installed it and still no pressure. I blew all the lines when I had it apart, cleaned and inspected the feed tube/screen and everything looks good. I removed the small steel line that goes to the heads and very little oil was coming out. Any ideas? I did noticed the rod that goes in the middle of the oil filter that's suppose to be on the filter housing is missing. Could this cause pressure issues?

YES, you need that pipe that goes in the oil filter housing!  You will not get pressure with out it.  I hope it was not running for a long time without it...

Also what gauge do you have? About 15psi is normal. I've fixed many of these when the complaint was low or no oil pressure and the gauge was 0-100, just by installing the correct gauge.
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
