Norm's book list the LP One-Ninety being built from 1965-1968.
First serial number for the LP was 4368, so figure from there until 23233. Here is a breakout of those years- 1965 Series 1 bar grill early serial #s 4368-8218,
- 1966 Series 1 bar grill early serial #s 8219-8626,
- no tractors 8627-9003,
- 1966 Series 1 XT bar grill (Trans improvements) serial #s 9004-13272,
- 1967 Series 1 XT bar grill (Trans improvements) serial #s 13273-17784,
- no tractors 17785-19000,
- 1967 Series II 2 light fender serial #s 19001-19261,
- 1968 Series II 2 light fender serial #s 19262-22153,
- no tractors 22154-23000,
- 1968 Series III 4 pin diff serial #s 23001-23233.
Also, there were both 190s & 190XTs built during each of the years from 65-71. Below is the number of tractors produced each year;

So, if the One-Ninety that you are looking at falls into the 190 category, then its could be rarer than the 190XT category.
