    Posted: 06 Dec 2018 at 10:09am
I'm needing to know what type of thread the injectors are on a 190xt Diesel.  Looking at buying a injector nozzle pop pressure tester to make sure my injectors are firing properly.  This tester only has adapters for thread Type A and B according to the specs and before I buy want to make sure the adapters will fit.  Any help is appreciated or if someone already is using a particular brand let me know.  Not wanting to spend a ton of money on a tester.  Thanks

Below is the link to what I'm looking at.

We were out in the field and thought we had a miss - did not seem valve related so we removed the drip line and injector and turned the injector upside down and connected the fuel line back - cranked the engine and observed a perfect spray pattern - turned out to be stuck rings on a piston beginning to fail - but it let us know there at that time it was not fuel related. We also have made adaptors by brazing lines to fittings for our old hand tester. Wish the new engines were that simple...

Thanks for the info, it looks like the one I'm looking at doesn't have the correct threads.
