went to plant the test plots of con at the high school this morning, and wouldn't you know it, as soon as I turned in. the wishbone on the front end broke! right where the hydraulic cylinder is mounted! so weld that up only to find out the other power steering hose I just fixed is leaking! took awhile to get that fixed so I had to borrow a 2290 Case to plant with... and that Case was great! not as nice as the 190, but there is a reason them od Cases are one of my favorite!
2001 Gleaner R42, 1978 7060, 1977 7000, 1966 190 XT, 1966 D-17 Series IV and 1952 WD and more keep my farm running!

Yeah sounds like one of those days were stuff is like na I don't feel like it today lol Nothing wrong with a Case I bail a lot of hay with a 2294 but when it comes to field work I depend on my Allis 7060 for the muscle.

That always happens when you really need them, the Allis metal is getting soft, ive had and heard of the castings breaking off more and more One Hundred series machines,drawbars breaking and even Powerdirector housings cracking- but that was because of poorly mounted loaders and way too big of buckets on them

yep no loader here, usually it just breaks ever 4-5 years and just keep welding it. I added some steel to reinforce it. the first tractor I ever used regularly by myself was a Case dad still has
