my 185 allis seat is original but wore pieces of foam gone, seat and back, I ordered a seat cushion last year from stiener couldnt get it to work, on the old frame, and I am not to bad at fabracating, I see jensales has 1 for $158 the whole seat, anyone have these, or done this, it says some modifacatin may be required, or do you have other options, I dont use the tractor alot, about 20 hours a year mostly for planting, thanks in advance

If your 185 is a 1975 model or later it might have the Milsco "Marathon" seat shown in the AC Parts Book.  Here are some threads from the Forum with good seat info that should help you track down a solution

I own an early 1975 185, and purchased an exact match replacement from a Serco Loaders Dealer.  They install the same seat AC purchased from Milsco (Milwaukee Seat Co) in their log/timber Loaders

Unfortunately, Serco is the only known supplier of these seats!!!!!

If this model is a fit for you, Google a Serco Loader Dealer in your area

Good luck with your project

Forgot to mention, the AC Parts Book does not show the Milsco "Marathon" seat in the 185 tractor section.  However, it is shown for the 6080 tractor section.

A lot of 185's (1975 model and after) were fitted with the "Marathon" Seat
