TractorData says a 175 weights 7800 pounds. I am surprised its that heavy. Any 175 owners out there who know for sure? 18.4x28s - no fluid and no cast weights.

Thanks.

I used to pull a 170, it went 7000 with 1/2 tank of fuel, fluid in the tires.

From the Nebraska Test page... without ballast 175 static weight with operator:
Gasoline 6390 lbs.
Diesel 5925 lbs.
Both tractors had added ballast to reach 8400 lbs for test
I'm surprised the gas weighed more than the diesel, but perhaps "Slim" was the operator when the diesel was weighed and "Bubba" was on for the gas tractor?

My 175 with 18.4-28 tires loaded with fluid weighs 7200 # without any weights . I figure the fluid weighs around 1600#'s so i think you would be right around 5500# without fluid
