So it would appear that a couple of the fuel lines for the One-Sixty are made of unobtainium.  Only one of  the three hoses is available from AGCO and the going rate for it is $270.00.  I'm not sure but $100/ft seems a little extreme.

I talked to a local shop today about making new lines but they can't re-use the fittings on the old lines and don't have source for new fittings.  Anybody have any suggestions for who to contact for assembling new fuel lines for this tractor?

Tractor is an early One-Sixty (1970 Model) with a Perkins AD3.152 engine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try any marine dealer that services the Perkins engines. That engine was widely used in marine applications. Many of the fittings and lines are the same. Plus most are metric. If you are talking about the lines from the injector pump to the injectors either go marine or Wengers in PA. they usually have good used ones. That's where I purchased a replacement.

The lines from the injector pump to the injectors are fine.  I'm trying to replace the flexible lines from the tank to the injector pump, air intake heater, and the fuel return line.

Keep looking for Hose shops. I took mine to them and they cut my ends off and welded it to new fittings to screw hoses on. Then made the new hose for it. Was not too expensive.

^I'll make a call or three tomorrow to see what I can find.  Upon closer inspection, it looks like two of the three hoses will come apart as Fred described.  I think the connection to the banjo fitting at the fuel tank and the connection at the lift pump may require a little more research.

Call Stacey at Williams in Charlotte MI. I UPS him mine they took them to a local shop and shipped them back. Can’t remember price but it was reasonable.
