Yesterday I was brush hogging and lost a pin out of the 3pt hitch. Lost the short end of the stabilizer bar, the round solid end. Does anyone have a tractor for parts or know where one is. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Can you look in the parts book (free online) and give us the p/n?
Post some photos of the one you still have? |

OK, Part # 72073998. I don't have a pic but if you want to see, go to agco parts, 160, 3pt hitch and it is item 6. It is the tube end. I think it was used only on the 160.

I have a NOS stablizer bracket that bolts on under the axle. Until I can go look, I don’t know if it’s for the left or right side. A picture of what you need helps emensely.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |

I wanted stabilizer bars for my 160, gave up looking. I was looking for complete set, however a single part might be worth a check. Call some Allis parts dealers for that part #. Try Weaver in Lancaster PA. 717-656-2321
Also used parts. Looking on Tractor House for salvaged/dismantled 160's, a few show stabilizer bars. Many of those listing are 10 years old, a big tease, the machines get picked over. Make your own- you have the other side, it looks like a top link end with no threads? Is this end a slip fit into the tube? Curiously, you can still get the sway/check chain set, which I recently did. |

I bought two adjustable stabilizer bars for my One-Sixty from Farm & Fleet, here is Wisconsin. I think they were $24.00 a piece and fit just like they were NOS. They have the look similar, if not, just like the originals.
Here at the Chippewa Falls, WI store, there is one left.... Hope this helps |
