Hey y'all,
I'm getting ready to change all the fluids in my WD-45. It's a high hour tractor based on pedal wear, steering slop, and the fact that it pops out of 2nd and 3rd gear. It will never be used in temps below 40*F. How do we feel about Traveller 85W140 gear oil in the transmission/hand clutch, rear diff, and final drives? It's a GL-5 oil and I already have 10 gallons on hand. This tractor will live a pretty easy life, and won't really be worked hard. |
