   yea,, should be simple,, right? ya'll have any suggestions, what not to do, or anything else??

I got some questions, where do the 2 small washers (blue circle) go?
where does the 1/4" (yellow arrow) bolt go? does it replace the hinge pin?, do you hafta replace the hinge to get the springs on?
